Program Analyst
Scope of Work
Event Coordination and Program Management
- Develop and maintain a master schedule of NVSBW events and ensure timely coordination across SBA regions and partners.
- Support planning and delivery of virtual and in-person events, including national panels, webinars, and briefings.
- Facilitate planning calls, develop run-of-show scripts, and provide event day support.
- Coordinate and track deliverables, maintaining timelines and documentation for each event.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact between OVBD and VBOCs, SBA District Offices, and key resource partners.
- Collect and organize local and regional event submissions; ensure alignment with national themes and messaging.
- Distribute standard templates, branding tools, and promotional guidance to partners and collaborators.
- Draft communications, talking points, and briefing materials for senior leadership as needed.
Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting
- Compile and analyze event data, including attendance, partner participation, resource utilization, and engagement metrics.
- Monitor campaign performance and summarize findings in real-time dashboards or reports for leadership review.
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive After-Action Report (AAR) with insights, performance summaries, and recommended improvements.
- Conduct post-event surveys and stakeholder interviews to assess satisfaction and effectiveness.
Process Improvement and Program Evaluation
- Identify operational gaps and suggest workflow enhancements to improve NVSBW coordination and implementation.
- Support internal program assessments, benchmarking SBA NVSBW efforts against previous years or similar national initiatives.
- Assist in identifying strategic trends or gaps in outreach, access, or impact among veteran and military spouse communities.
Administrative and Compliance Support
- Attend and document internal meetings, track tasks and action items, and assist in coordination across OVBD teams.
- Ensure events meet SBA accessibility standards (508 compliance) and branding requirements.
- Support the development and dissemination of communications and promotional content in partnership with SBA’s Office of Communications and Public Liaison.
